Current Cash Position is accessed from a customer's Customer Activity window by selecting and then selecting .

 

Cash Position is a calculation of up-to-date profit on the vehicle. As you take payments on a financed sale the cash position will update.

 

The "Cash Position" formula is the Down payment less these costs : Total cost of the car, Tag & Title Fees, cost of the "back end" sales, and Sales Tax you owe at the time of sale.
