From the “Service Contracts” menu, select the “Alpha Warranty’” tab. This will provide an opportunity to visit their website as well as provide contact information for Alpha Warranty.  Once setup, click the “Setup Alpha Warranty Services” to store the credentials provided by Alpha.  

 

Now you will be able to export saved prospect information to the Alpha Warranty portal to sell and print service contracts for your customers.  

 

Note: These products will have to be added to the prospect manually once the transaction is complete.
