Frazer gives you the ability to automatically charge late fees on your buy here pay here customers. When opening the software you may be presented with a prompt like this:

 

 

Clicking "Calculate Late Fees" will automatically search your system and calculate all late fees for past due customers using the late fees on the customer's account.

 

 

Once processed, you will be presented with a report:

 

 

This report can be accessed again via R-3-5.

 

What if I miss the prompt first thing in the morning or I accidentally click through it?

No worries! Frazer makes it easy to run the generator again. To access this window again, simply navigate to Customers > 4 - Generate Late Fees.
