Preferred Warranties is one our our simpler integrations. It is a one-way integration, meaning that Frazer will be able to push sales data to Preferred Warranties, but the finalization, paperwork, and selling will take place in the vendor’s portal. Any deal information will need to be entered into Frazer manually after the sale.

As with other service contract providers, you will need to sign up with them. Contact information is available in “Enter Sales” > “Service Contracts” > Preferred Warranties.

 

Preferred Warranties will provide you with a Dealer ID for use with pushing data to their portal.

 

Once you’ve completed a deal on the portal, be sure to update Frazer with appropriate price and dealer costs information.
